How can I cancel a card?
If you no longer require card either because you have changed your vehicle or because you no longer use one, please return the card to us at the address indicated below. Send the card cut in half to cancel.

How can I request copies of bills?
If you need copies of your most recent Repsol Máxima bills, you can request these by calling the Customer Service line on

What should I do if my card is lost or stolen?
Call the Customer Service line on
902 54 54 44 where we will immediately block your card in order to automatically issue you a replacement. If your card is stolen, Repsol Máxima recommends that you file a report at the nearest police station.
